VersaGrip is a simple bolt on system that will allow you to perform aggressive machining operations on irregular shaped components while clamping on as little as 1.5mm. VersaGrips are available individually for fixturing with Pitbull clamps or for soft jaw applications as well as in our VersaGrip steel vice jaw kits. Versagrips are hardened to 51-53 RC and have penetrating teeth to bite into the workpiece. They can be rotated to conform to round or complex profiles and are ideal for gripping flame cut parts, castings, even parts with a negative draft.

Steel serrated soft jaws to suit a 12 Inch power chuck. Jaws are manufactured from 080M15 Steel. Good Quality of of material allows for machining with a good finish.
T-Nuts to suit B Series used for the mounting of jaws onto the base jaws on a power chuck.
These are supplied with the bolts required. Keeping spare t-nuts can result in reducing setup times.
