This special C-frame press has a capacity of 60 ton and is fully customized to the requirements of our customer. A vertical light of 1100 mm with a piston stroke of 800 mm. Table size of 900 x 600 mm including a chute for waste. The C-frame Press is equipped with a frontal protection screen (mix of polycarbonate and mesh), once this screen is closed (by means of pneumatic cylinders), the press can work. On the left- and right side of the hydraulic press, two safety scanners are installed – once material falls into the scanned area, the press can only work in slow speed. The operator can program and save various automatic cycles for an easy operation of this Profi Press on the HMI arm. The pressure can be read-out ‘life’ on the display in a graph (piston stroke in mm – pressure in kN). Data of the press cycles can be exported via an FTP-server.
