DESCRIPTION
This straightening press (100 ton capacity) has a manually movable portal and is exclusively made in Europe. This PPTL-100 D=1500 model has an extra large working width of 1500 mm. Thanks to the movable portal and cylinder you can easily reach every point of the ‘to be pressed’ surface. The design of this portal press makes it possible to place heavy material on the large working table with a crane and to slide the portal over the material when the pressing starts. The quality of these Profi Press hydraulic straightening presses is very high. Furthermore, the hydraulic unit is equipped with a pressure regulator, 2 speeds, directional control valve for the piston movement and a hand pump for precision pressing. The operation of these presses is the same as our motorised workshop presses. Our 100 ton portal presses are directly available from stock, in the standard version as well as this wide version. We can easily customize these hydraulic presses as well, so if you need a larger table, a longer piston stroke or a bigger clearance between the piston and the table, please let us know, we can tailor these portal presses entirely to your requirements!
