Pulse cutting bandsaw
The Amada PCSAW530AX single pulse cutting automatic bandsaw cancels the vibrations that occur during the penetration force. This technology decreases cutting resistance whilst increasing blade life and cutting rates. Increased blade life is now guaranteed without sacrificing productivity.
This 530mm capacity linear guide bandsaw is unique in its design and performance. The new PCSAW530AX delivers superior cutting performance using either bi-metal blades, or Amada’s new Axcela range of carbide blades.

Windows-Based CNC Control
The functions and set up of the machine are controlled by use of a Windows-based touch screen. Simple to use, it enables the operator to choose the size, type, tolerance and number of cuts required of most materials. The machine will then cut the material and give optimum performance at the touch of a button.
The screen gives an estimated finish time for each job. A history of cutting and fault-finding information are also accessible.
Motor
A high powered, 15 kW motor, coupled with Amada’s unique pulse cutting device, maintain high cutting rates even when tackling the toughest of materials.
Maximum Blade Width
A 67mm wide blade, 7000mm long and 1.6mm thick, ensures very high beam strength, enabling faster down feeds and achieving phenomenal cutting rates even on tough materials such as inconel, hastelloy and monel.
Automatic Adjust Double Wire Brushes
Automatically adjusted double wire brush design ensures that the chip area of the blade is kept clean for maximum blade and brush life in all types of cutting.
Automatic Powered Chip Conveyor
Maximum Cutting Capacity:
Round bar: 530mm
Rectangular bar: 530mm x 530mm.
This series of OK-Vise clamps come with soft jaws (30-34 HRC) and can be machined to suit the geometry of the workpiece. In this series, each jaw is machinable without weakening the structure of the jaw itself.
