Amada Sigma M42 Bimetal bandsaw blade with extremely positive rake angle and Hi-Lo tooth geometry especially for hard to cut materials High wear resistance due to use of M42 Cobalt HSS-Steel Reduction of cutting resistance due to special patented tooth geometry ADVANTAGES Effective cutting from small diameters due to the extremely positive rake angle Improved tooth penetration for high material removal rate BENEFITS Developed for cutting medium and large diameter Excellent cutting performance at tool steel, stainless steel and super heat resisting alloys Longest life cutting large solid sections The hardness of the Tooth Tip represent Amada’s average value.
