Quality saw blades for performance sawing of difficult-to-cut materials such as stainless steel and hot work die steel materials at a high cutting rate High-quality carbide tips and the dove tail tooth shape. AXCELA makes incredible cutting speed for hard to cut materials. Carbide tooth tips Kerf-Dispersing type tooth shape effectively reducing cutting resistance in high alloy steel (Except for 1.8/2 pitch) Two tooth forms for optimum performance Tooth Tip Micro-chamfer achieves ultra-high cutting rates and reduces tooth chipping Coated Carbide Blade – EXCOAT-DP High degree of hardness, oxidation-resistance, and adhesion-strength — the ultimate coating for band saw blades.
