MultiZero Pneumatic Pallet • Used for automatic zero-point clamping of standard pallets equipped with retractable nipples, vises and otherfixtures• Includes MultiZero® points, slot pattern and pneumatic zero-point modules installed• Designed to fit completely automated machine environments• Clamping repeatability <0.005 mm, at each zero point• Two types of pallet clamping: - Clamped with M12 bolts to the MultiZero® Plate- Clamped with addition of retractable nipples onto the MultiZero® Pneumatic Plate• Pallet can be lifted by supports centered through slots from the underside at each clamping bolt• Pallet material: corrosion-resistant steel• RFID identification and data chip optionally installed on each pallet.
