Geared head centre lathe. Distance between centres 1250mm. Spindle nose D1-6 Camlock. Motor power 5.5kW. Constructed on a cast iron base with removable chip tray. The rigid triangular webbed bed, designed for optimum swarf clearance, is of high grade cast iron, induction hardened and form ground. The Headstock is mounted directly on the bed to ensure correct alignment. The spindle drive gears are solid steel, hardened and ground, lubricated by recirculating oil pumped universal gearbox gives a wide range of Metric & Imperial feeds and threads.
