HIGH QUALITY BALLSCREW Grinded and tempered with high precision bearings mounted with laser technology measuring system HIGH PRECISION SPINDLE The spindle is supported by preloaded cone bearings, assembled at controlled temperature environment in order to guarantee high precision and rigidity at all speed ranges. Grinded and tempered gears in Chrome Molibden alloy assure long lasting and low noisiness. Those are supported by high capacity bearings with well behaviour with heavy machining. Further, the machine is not only composed by a well dimensioned basement, the head is, as well, composed by a mechanical gear box .
