We need to receive your faulty unit before we can send you a good working unit. We are unable to provide warranty for this product unless it is fitted by one of our engineers.
IMPORTANT
Before fitting your service exchange unit, we recommend that you check the feed motor and feed electrical system. If any of the electrical items (motor, potentiometer, micro switches, fast traverse button) are faulty, then they will damage the Erskine control unit.
