DESCRIPTION
The BJP is one of the most versatile electromagnetic chucks. The coils are arranged in the chuck for maximum utilisation of their capacities. The BJP generates a high and uniform holding force with minimum warming of the working area. The electromagnetic chuck is easy to use due to the control unit. Simply press the button or turn the disconnect switch. You can adjust the magnetic holding force easily to create the ideal operating conditions. This operation can be partly or fully automatic due to the interconnection of a suitable control unit with the chuck and the machine control system. The BJP chucks are fed through the control unit by 110 V DC.
